Construction Services Division
Our Construction Services Division provides turnkey services (materials and labor) to builders for installation of Trim, Interior & Exterior Doors, Hardware, and Blinds, as well as custom projects for remodeling and renovation. Our range of ability spans from serving large production builders building out new neighborhoods to local builders working on a custom home. Our service area spans the state of South Carolina, and parts of Georgia, and North Carolina. Our door shop operation, located in Columbia, handles the assembly of interior and exterior doors. Our shop can handle just about any size order from providing 200 interior doors for 15 homes in Bluffton, SC to a custom order for 1 exterior door for a job in the Midlands. With our fleet of trucks, we ship direct to the jobsite on a daily basis. Over 95% of the materials used on a job are stored at our Columbia warehouse and shipped direct to the jobsite as needed, enabling us to keep our overhead low and competitively priced.
